Our school will provide everything your child needs to succeed. All subjects follow Common Core Standards and Next Generation Science Standards. Islamic content founded upon Quran and Sunnah with the understanding of the Salaf is integrated in the curriculum daily.
Monthly School Wide Themes
Ummi’s Learning Center establishes monthly themes based upon building good character traits. Throughout all lessons the themes will be introduced with authentic examples from Quran and Sunnah and students are expected and encourage to develop and show these traits in the classroom.
The Prophet Muhammad (sallahu alayhi wasalaam) said: “The most beloved of you to Allah, is the best of you in character.” Sahih Bukhari.
Core Subjects
All Core Subjects follow Common Core Standards. The Common Core is a set of high-quality academic standards in mathematics and English language arts/literacy (ELA). These learning goals outline what a student should know and be able to do at the end of each grade.

Incorporating STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) disciplines into the core curriculum can foster the development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills among students, essential for success in higher education, professional pursuits, and everyday life.
